Christie has over 25 years experience working in public and private education. Over the course of her career she has been a highly productive and sought after teacher, administrator and academic coach. For the past ten years Christie has specialized in supporting student athletes and individuals with highly demanding schedules. She streamlines the academic load through personalized strategies that help students manage their time effectively - both on the field and in the classroom - so they can stay on track with their academic responsibilities while pursuing all their endeavors with focus and confidence. Her highly relational approach and passion for working with students is apparent from the moment you meet Christie. With her experience working within academia as well as supporting families to navigate academia, Christie can help with whatever your student's needs are.

that Matters
Born and raised in Phoenix, Christie has been driven by excellence both on and off the court. As a student-athlete at Xavier College Preparatory, she helped lead her volleyball team to two state championships, earning both academic and athletic scholarships to St. John’s University in New York City. For four years, she competed against some of the nation’s top programs in the Big East while excelling academically, graduating summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Education.
Back in Arizona, Christie began her teaching career with Scottsdale Unified and quickly advanced her expertise, earning a master’s degree in Educational Administration and Supervision from Arizona State University. She then served as an Assistant Principal for four years, guiding a K–8 campus with a balance of strong leadership and a genuine love for supporting students.
When it came time to start her own family, Christie brought her passion for student success into the private sector, launching a tutoring practice that has been empowering Phoenix-area students for over a decade. Today, she blends her deep educational expertise with a highly relational approach, helping students achieve their goals, build confidence, and reach their greatest potential.
